[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRDF Group PLC\n(\"RDF\" or \"the Company\")\n\nResult of AGM and Trading Update\n\nThe Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all\nresolutions were duly approved with the exception of Resolutions 2 and 6,\nrelating to the payment of a dividend and the appointment of the auditors,\nrespectively.\n\nTherefore, the meeting to consider these specific resolutions was adjourned and\nwill be reconvened at a later date, yet to be determined. Details of the\nadjourned meeting will be circulated to shareholders in due course.\n\nIn addition, the Board of RDF is pleased to announce that, having reviewed the\nCompany's results for the five months to 31 August 2008, trading performance\nfor this period is ahead of that for the comparable period last year.
