This site has been operated by Norish under a lease since February 2009.\n \nThe agreed price is £750,000 which has been partly funded by a 15 year term loan from HSBC for £500,000 at bank base rate plus a margin of 2.75%. \n \nThe store has an area of 34,600 sq ft which provides a current capacity of 3,100 frozen pallet spaces.
