On 25 November 2010, the Board of Norish announced that it had received a very preliminary approach that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company. Discussions in this regard have now ceased and the Board can confirm that the Company is no longer in talks regarding a possible takeover.
