[{"type":"text","content":"\n Norish PLC\n19 September 2007\n\n\n Norish plc ('Norish' or the 'Company')\n\n 19 September 2007\n\n Grant of Share Options and Change of Auditors and Registered Address\n\n\nNorman Hatcliff, Managing Director of Norish, has on 18 September, 2007 been\ngranted options exercisable over 140,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.25\neach at an exercise price of 58 pence per share, exercisable between the third\nanniversary of the date of grant and the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.\nNorman Hatcliff's shareholding stands at 10,000 ordinary shares of €0.25 each,\nrepresenting approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital of Norish and he is\nthe beneficial owner of 148,000 share options.\n\n\nAidan Hughes, Finance Director and Company Secretary of Norish, has on 18\nSeptember, 2007 been granted options exercisable over 110,000 ordinary shares of\nnominal value €0.25 each at an exercise price of 58 pence per share, exercisable\nbetween the third anniversary of the date of grant and the tenth anniversary of\nthe date of grant. Aidan Hughes' shareholding stands at 14,000 ordinary shares\nof €0.25 each, representing approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital of\nNorish and he is the beneficial owner of 121,750 share options.\n\n\nNorish is pleased to announce that Grant Thornton has been appointed auditors to\nthe Company replacing KPMG with immediate effect in accordance with Section 160\n(7) of the Companies Act 1963. A resolution under Section 160 (1) will be\npresented at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
