[{"type":"text","content":"\n Norish PLC\n08 September 2006\n\n\n Norish plc ('Norish' or 'the Company')\n\n 8 September 2006\n\n Changes to the Board\n\n\nNorish is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Hughes, aged 41, to the\nBoard of the Company as Finance Director with effect from 7th September 2006.\nAidan joined the Company in 1996 and has been responsible for the Company's \nfinance function following the retirement of Iain Buntain, in July 2005. He will\ncontinue in his role as Company Secretary. The Board can confirm that Aidan is\nnot, and has not been at any time in the previous five years been a director of\nany publicly quoted company.\n\nNorish also announces that Norman Hatcliff, aged 52, is appointed as Managing\nDirector of the Company with immediate effect. Norman joined the Company in\n2000 as Operations Director and has extensive experience in the logistics\nindustry having previously worked with Exel and TDG.
