RDF Group PLC ("RDF" or "the Company") Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker The Board of RDF Group Plc announces that Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited advised the Company that it resigned from its role as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with effect from close of business on 24 June 2009.
