[{"type":"text","content":"\n Norish PLC\n28 March 2008\n\n\n Norish plc ('Norish' or the 'Company')\n \n 28 March 2008\n \n Gillingham\n\n\nNorish is pleased to announce that it has purchased a cold store in Gillingham,\nKent at a cost of £3.1m from Scottish Widows.\n\nThe purchase will be funded by a combination of surplus cash and a 15 year term\nloan provided by HSBC.\n\nThe Gillingham cold store has excellent access to the M2, M25 & M20, serving a\ncatchment area which will include the populous of Greater London, the South\nEast and the ports of Tilbury, Thamesport, Sheerness and Dover.\n\nThe 6,000 pallet capacity site will be able to offer frozen and chilled storage\nand logistics services together with blast freezing capacity.
