The Board of Directors appointed Scott Morrow to succeed Radford effective April 4, 2022. Ms. Radford will continue to serve as a Director on the Board of Rocky Mountain and Andersons Liquor Inc. (\"Andersons).On behalf of the Rocky Mountain Board, Executive Chairman Peter J.
