(OTCQB: RMHB), a fully reporting lifestyle brand management Company specializing in high-quality health and wellness products, announced today that the Company has entered into a Beverage Manufacture and Supply Agreement with Texas Wellness Center, LLC, a marketer and distributor of hemp and CBD products under the “Green Lotus” brand. \n Under the Agreement, the Company will be the exclusive supplier to Texas Wellness for hemp-infused beverages for the Green Lotus brand. The Company will produce a Green Lotus Premium Sparkling Hemp Water in Watermelon and Grapefruit flavors, each containing 25 mg. of naturally occurring cannabinoids. Texas Wellness will supply the hemp-derived ingredients for the beverages, and Rocky Mountain High Brands will provide all other materials necessary for the production, processing, batching, labeling, and packaging of the beverages. The Agreement runs for an initial term of three years, with subsequent automatic annual renewals.  The Agreement may be terminated upon 180 days written notice.
