[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Summit Corporation plc (“Summit”) today announced that it has filed a \n registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange \n Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed public offering of American \n Depositary Shares (“ADSs”). Summit also has applied to have its ADSs \n listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “SMMT”. \n Following completion of the offering of the ADSs, Summit ordinary shares \n will continue to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London \n Stock Exchange. The number of ADSs to be offered and the price per ADS \n for the offering have not been determined.\n \n \n JMP Securities LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. are acting as joint \n book-running managers for the offering, with Needham & Company, LLC \n acting as the lead manager.\n \n \n A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed \n with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
