[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1494Z Rockhopper Exploration plc 15 May 2019  \n\n15 May 2019\nRockhopper Exploration plc\n(\"Rockhopper\" or the \"Company\")\n  \nResult of Annual General Meeting\n \nRockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") of the Company held today were duly passed on a show of hands. \n \nA presentation given at the AGM is available for viewing on the Company's website:\nhttp://www.rockhopperexploration.co.uk/rockhopper/investors/presentations.html. \n \nAs previously announced and as part of the Board's long-term succession planning, David McManus retired from the Board as Non-Executive Chairman at the AGM, having served for nearly nine years.
