Rockhopper Exploration plc announced the publication of a circular and notice of a general meeting to be held on September 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The circular details a conditional US$140 million placing and proposed open offer, previously announced on July 31, 2025. If the conditional placing resolution fails, the anticipated net proceeds will be reduced by approximately US$25 million. Failure to pass the capital raising resolutions would prevent the open offer, eliminating the opportunity for existing shareholders to subscribe for ordinary shares at 53 pence per share.
