[{"type":"text","content":"\n Rockhopper Exploration plc\n18 June 2007\n\n\n \n\n\nPress Release\n\n\nFor immediate release: 18 June, 2007\n\n\n Rockhopper Exploration plc\n\n Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2007\n\n\nRockhopper Exploration plc (AIM:RKH), the North Falkland Basin oil and gas\nexploration company, today announces its preliminary results for the year ended\n31 March 2007.\n\n\nHighlights\n\n •Successful completion of 3D seismic survey\n •Successful completion of Placing\n •Integration of 2D and CSEM completed\n •Positive results on both CSEM surveys\n •De-risking continues\n •Moving closer to drilling\n\n\nChairman Pierre Jungels commented:\n\n\n'Rockhopper has made significant progress during the twelve months under review,\nboth in its technical work and also in the continued collection of state of the\nart exploration data.\n\n\n'To date, all our technical work points towards a de-risking both of the basin\nin general and importantly of our 100% operated acreage specifically.\n\n\n'We have recently seen increasingly strong signs of an improvement in the\navailability of the type of drilling unit required for our relatively modest\nwater depth.
