[{"type":"text","content":"\n Rockhopper Exploration plc\n22 November 2007\n\n\nPress Release\n\nFor immediate release: 22 November 2007\n\nRockhopper Exploration PLC ('the Company')\n\n\n Issue of equity and total voting rights\n\n\nRockhopper Exploration plc (the 'Company') announces that, following receipt of\na Notice of Exercise, options have been exercised in respect of 4,950 new\nordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').\n\nThe option to purchase Ordinary Shares was granted on 10 May 2005.\n\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading\non AIM on or around 28 November 2007.
