[{"type":"text","content":"\n Rockhopper Exploration plc\n10 April 2008\n\n\n \n\n\n10 April 2008\n\n\nRockhopper Exploration PLC ('the Company')\n\n\n Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n\n\nRockhopper Exploration plc announces that, following receipt of a Notice of\nExercise from Ambrian Partners Ltd, options have been exercised in respect of\n238,095 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a\nprice of 42p per Ordinary Share.\n\n\nThe option to purchase Ordinary Shares was granted on 9 August 2005, the date of\nthe Company's admission to trading on AIM.\n\n\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading\non AIM on or around 16 April 2008.
