Following meetings with each of the candidates, the Company has appointed KPMG Audit Plc as the auditor to the Company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect. \n \nBaker Tilly UK Audit LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors.
