[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7407H Rockhopper Exploration plc 12 June 2017 \n\n12 June 2017\nRockhopper Exploration plc\n(\"Rockhopper\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Change\n \nRockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, announces that Fiona MacAulay, Chief Operating Officer, has advised the Board of her intention to leave the Company on 4 July 2017 in order to accept the role of Chief Executive Officer of AIM-listed Echo Energy plc.\n \nPrior to her departure, Fiona will hand-over her responsibilities to the senior members of the technical team who will assume day-to-day management of operational and technical matters from July 2017. Namely, Alun Griffiths (Petroleum Engineering Manager and Falkland Asset Manager), Lucy Williams (Geoscience Manager) and Paul Culpin (Development Manager). Alun has been working with Rockhopper since 2010, Lucy and Paul since 2011 and all three have significant industry experience in their respective fields.\n \nDavid McManus, Chairman of Rockhopper, commented:\n\"Fiona has been a key member of the Rockhopper Board since 2013.
