Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:RK) ("Rockhaven") announces it has closed the debt settlement with Strategic Metals Ltd. originally announced on January 3, 2017.  The closing of the debt settlement consisted of the issuance of 11,346,712 common shares at a deemed price of $0.176 per share to settle the principal amount of $2,000,000 owed to Strategic Metals Ltd., Rockhaven’s largest shareholder, pursuant to a credit facility announced June 25, 2015.  All of the shares issued pursuant to this debt settlement are subject to a hold period until May 24, 2017.
