A total of 13,460,174 Common Shares, representing approximately 13.29% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, were represented at the Meeting. All matters voted upon were duly authorized and approved by Shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ABOUT ROCK TECH\n \n \n \n Rock Tech's vision is to supply the electric vehicle and battery industry with sustainable, locally produced lithium, targeting a 100% recycling rate. To ensure resilient supply chains, the company plans to build lithium converters at the doorstep of its customers, beginning with the Company's proposed Lithium Hydroxide Converter in Guben, Brandenburg,\n \n Germany\n \n .
