(the \"Company\" or \"Rock Tech\") (TSX-V: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIB) announces that it has granted 10,000 stock options to a consultant. The stock options have an exercise price of $1.66 per share and expire on January 12, 2020. \n\n\n \n \n\n \nAdditionally, the Company has issued 15,663 common shares at a deemed price of $1.66 per share. The shares were issued to a consultant pursuant to a shares-for-services agreement disclosed in a company press release dated August 4, 2017. The shares are subject to a four month hold period.\n\nAbout Rock Tech Lithium:\n\nRock Tech Lithium is an exploration company focused on acquiring and exploring properties in the field of lithium and other selected battery metals.\n\nRock Tech is the only exploration company in the Georgia Lake region with an NI 43-101 resource estimate.
