(the \"Company\") (TSX-V: RCK) announces that Dirk Harbecke (the \"Purchaser\"), Chairman of the Company, has acquired, in a private transaction with an arm's length party, 750,000 common shares and 750,000 share purchase warrants of the Company.\n\n \n \nPrior to giving effect to the recent acquisition, the Purchaser held 1,352,367 shares, representing 6.84% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company. After giving effect to the acquisition, the Purchaser holds 2,102,367 shares, representing 10.63% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
