The JV will be named RoBUS and headquartered in UAE. Robo.ai is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. River Zhang as the Robo AI's Chief Industrial Officer and President of RoBUS. Mr. Zhang, a former senior executive at NIO, Ford, and Volvo, has played a leading role in the successful launch of nearly 20 vehicle models.
