[{"type":"text","content":"\n Robert Walters PLC\n04 September 2007\n\n4 SEPTEMBER 2007\n\n\n\n ROBERT WALTERS PLC\n\n ('Robert Walters' or 'the Company')\n\n\n\n Acquisition of Shares by Directors\n\n\n\nRobert Walters plc announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive,\nand Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer, have today exercised options to\npurchase shares at £1.70 per share, under the terms of The Robert Walters\nExecutive Share Option Scheme.\n\n\n\nA portion of the options exercised were sold today at a price of £3.30 per share\nin order to fund the purchase price and to meet personal tax liabilities.\n\n\n\nAs a result of the above transactions, Mr Walters' and Mr Daubeney's overall\nshareholdings in the Company have increased on a net basis by 282,764 and 77,117\nrespectively, as follows:\n\n\nDirector Number of share Number of Number of shares % of issued share\n options exercised shares sold now held capital now held\n\nRobert Walters 995,830 713,066 1,485,372 1.71%\n\nGiles Daubeney 271,590 194,473 1,104,139 1.27%\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFollowing the exercise of the above options, together with other options\nexercised by employees, Robert Walters plc's capital now consists of 87,038,563\nordinary shares with voting rights.
