Hiring Headaches: 94 per Cent of Managers Say Hiring Time Has Increased, and Nearly a Quarter Have Made Costly Hiring Mistakes in the past Two Years
As companies strive to stay nimble and deliver on critical business initiatives, new research from talent solutions and business consulting firm Robert Half shows that hiring is becoming increasingly time-consuming. In a survey of more than 1,500 hiring managers across Canada, 94 per cent said the hiring process takes longer than it did just two years ago.
