Roadside Real Estate PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1 through 8 receiving 100% of the votes cast in favour, and resolutions 9 and 10 receiving 99.97% in favour. The company also confirmed the appointment of Swarupa Pathakji as a Non-Executive Director and the departure of Matthew Wood as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the conclusion of the AGM.
