With the publication of this announcement via a Regulatory Information Service, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n 24 October 2018\n \n \nThe Barkby Group PLC\n(\"Barkby\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nBoard Change and Trading Update\n \n \nThe Barkby Group PLC, the hospitality group focused initially on premium gastropubs, inns and function spaces in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, announces that following mutual agreement, Sebastian Snow has resigned as Creative Director of the Company, with immediate effect, and that he and Iliriana (\"Lana\") Snow have ceased their employment with the Group. \n \nSebastian and Lana Snow commented: \"Having co-founded the Turf to Table Ltd group of Cotswold gastro pubs / inns 10 years ago, we have sold the business to The Barkby Group PLC and are no longer involved in the day to day running of the business which includes The Five Alls, The Plough in Kelmscott and The Bull in Fairford.
