Urban Select Capital Reaffirms $1,000,000 Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 7, 2019 / Urban Select Capital Corporation (TSX-V: CH) ("Urban Select" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated November 19, 2018, the Company is conducting a non-brokered private placement comprised of up to 13,333,333 units of at a price of $0.075 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.

Each unit will comprise of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of one (1) year at a price of $0.125 per common share.

The closing of this financing will be the final component of the requirements related to the acquisition of Hard Rock Lithium (see Urban Select news release dated July 6, 2018).

In accordance with securities legislation, all securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring. Finder's fees may be paid, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. Final closing of this offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
