("Jaguar") (TSX: JNI)\nannounced its offer (the "Offer") to acquire all the issued and outstanding\nshares ("shares") of the Company, not already owned by Jaguar, at a cash price\nof $6.75 per share. The Special Committee will consider the Offer and provide its\nrecommendation to the Board of Directors of the Company.
