[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - Century II Holdings Inc. confirmed that its\noperating subsidiary, ICS Courier, received on Saturday, a notice to strike\nfrom the CAW bargaining unit in Vancouver. The union will be in a legal\nposition to strike on Tuesday, January 31, 2006. The provision of the notice\nto strike is in keeping with the protocol the union must follow to protect its\nrights. The Company and the Union continue to negotiate for the renewal of the\ncollective agreement. The current agreement expired on November 2, 2005.
