[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, May 4 /CNW/ - Century II Holdings Inc. announced the election of\ntwo new Directors namely Mr. Timothy W. Casgrain and Mr. Donald J. McDougall\nand the re-election of Mr. Ronald Breen at the Company's annual general\nmeeting.\nMr. Casgrain started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte\nand Touche. In 1976, he joined Brascan Financial Corporation (now Brookfield\nAsset Management Inc.), where he held several senior officer positions,\nincluding Executive Vice-President from 2001 to 2002. Brookfield Asset\nManagement currently has approximately US$50 billion assets under management,\nprimarily in the real property and power generating sectors. From 1988 to\n1995, Mr. Casgrain was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of NBS\nTechnologies Inc., a developer and manufacturer of equipment used to produce\nand read identity verification and point-of-sale transaction cards. Since 1997\nMr. Casgrain has been the Chairman of Skyservice Investments Inc., which,\nthough its subsidiaries, provides personal and commercial charter aviation and\nair ambulance services. Mr. Casgrain is currently the Chairman of the Canadian\nFoundation for Economic Education and President of Canada's Sports Hall of\nFame.\nMr. Donald J. McDougall started his working career as a management\ntrainee with Labatts in London, Ontario. Through the years, he held various\npositions within this brewery company, culminating with his appointment as the\nPresident of the company in 1973, an office that he held until 1979. In 1980,\nhe chaired a federal government task force which was examining the\nprivatization of Petro Canada. In 1983, he purchased Novatronics Inc., an\naerospace company based in Stratford, Ontario. Mr. McDougall was also an\nofficer and director of Accuform Golf Inc. prior to 2003. Mr. McDougall is\ncurrently a director of Stormont Inc. and Casnostie Holdings Inc.\nMr. Breen has been a director of Century II since 2003.\n\n\nAbout Century II Holdings Inc.
