The property is in close proximity to several dining, hotel and retail options in the Greenbrier office submarket of Chesapeake. Additionally, Greenbrier Towers offers easy access and visibility from Interstate 64 and is only 12 miles from Norfolk International Airport.\n\n\nThe property is owned by Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and managed by The RMR Group.
