RM PLC 25 October 2007 25 October 2007 RM plc: Directorate change RM announces that Sherry Coutu, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee will stand down from the Group's Board on 28 October, having completed three terms as a Non-Executive Director. She will continue her affiliation with the group via the Advisory Council which is chaired by Sir Mike Tomlinson.
