The Appointment was approved by the Company's shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the \"AGM\") held earlier today.\n\n \n\nAccordingly, Deloitte LLP (\"Deloitte\") has resigned from its role as auditor with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
