[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2153J RM PLC 01 December 2008 \n \n1 December 2008\n\nRM confirms Hackney BSF contract\n\nRM confirms that it has reached contractual close for a contract to provide managed ICT services to the London Borough of Hackney's BSF (Building Schools for the Future) programme. The Group will provide the service as part of the mouchelbabcock education Joint Venture. RM announced on 5 October 2007 that it had been selected for the project. \n\nHackney's BSF programme covers six secondary schools and four special educational needs schools, and will be delivered over three phases. RM will take responsibility for the design, implementation and day-to-day management of the ICT infrastructure in Hackney's BSF schools. The service includes a central data centre, the Kaleidos learning platform, cashless catering and access control, as well as hardware and Internet connectivity.
