The contract will be delivered by the Group's Assessment and Data division.\nRM will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the National Register of Social Housing (NROSH), a national database containing detailed information about four million properties across England. The project includes collecting data from 1,500 housing associations and 150 local authorities, checking and collating this data, and providing reporting and data analysis tools. NROSH will be used by the TSA, and other stakeholders, to inform research, policy making and investment decisions.\nTerry Sweeney, Chief Executive of RM, said:\n\"RM has developed significant expertise in providing complex and innovative public-sector data services.
