[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2336U RM PLC 11 July 2018 \n\n11 July 2018\n \nRM plc \nIssue of New Shares\n \nRM plc (\"RM\" or the \"Company\"), the leading education resources, IT software and services group, announces that 1,200,000 new ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted to Computershare Trustees (CI) Limited, as Trustee of the Company's employee share ownership trust at their nominal value of 2 2/7 pence each. \n \nApplication has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
