[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8071F RM PLC 23 February 2018 \n\n23 February 2018\n \n \nRM plc\n(\"RM\")\n \nPublication of 2017 Annual Report and Financial Statements \nand\nNotice of Annual General Meeting\n \nRM announces that the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:\n \n· the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2017; and\n \n· the Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and associated form of proxy, for the AGM to be held at 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 21 March 2018 at 140 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SB.\n \nThe Annual Report and Financial Statements, the Notice of AGM and the proposed new Articles of Association (as referred to in the Notice of AGM) are available on RM's website at www.rmplc.com.\n \nHard copies of these documents have been posted to those RM shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.\n \nAs previously announced, the expected timetable for the 2017 final dividend and the AGM are set out below:\n \n\n\n\n\nEx-dividend date for 2017 final dividend (4.95 pence per share)\n\n\n15 March 2018\n\n\n\n\nRecord date for 2017 final dividend\n\n\n16 March 2018\n\n\n\n\nAGM\n\n\n21 March 2018 at 11.30am\n\n\n\n\nPayment of 2017 final dividend\n\n\n13 April 2018\n\n\n\n\n \nNotes:\n \n1. References to times are to London Time.\n2. If any of the above times or dates should change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified to shareholders by an announcement through a Regulatory Information Service.\n3.
