(RJX.A: TSXV)\n("RJK") wishes to issue an amendment to the news release of March 12, 2009 and\nas per TSX-V instructions on announcing the acquisition of the Dorion South\nProperty, Thunder Bay North Area, Ontario, and the consideration of 325,000\nshares of the company over a four year period. The deemed price of the shares\nwas omitted from the news release. The deemed price for the shares issued was\n$0.05 per share.\n\n\nRJK would also like to note that Magma Metals Limited (MMB-ASX) released\nthis information in a news release dated April 22, 2009:\n\n\n"Magma Metals Limited ("Magma" or "the Company") is pleased to advise\nthat it has reached in-principle agreement with Hartleys Limited, Corporate\nAdvisor and Lead Manager, to raise up to $16 million through the issue of up\nto 50 million ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.32 per share.\n\n\nThe shares will be issued predominantly to domestic and international\ninstitutional clients of Hartleys. The placement was substantially\noversubscribed.\n\n\nThe funds raised by the placement will allow the Company to continue its\naggressive exploration and development program at its Thunder Bay North\nPlatinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel project in Ontario, Canada. It is anticipated\nthat the placement monies will predominantly be applied as specified below:\n\n\nCompletion of resource definition drilling and initial resource estimates\nfor the Current Lake - Beaver Lake area.\nStep-out drilling to extend the resource to the southeast.\nDrilling to test anomalies from recent EM surveys which could reflect\nmassive sulphide mineralization.\nExploration drilling and geophysical surveys in the Steepledge Lake and\nLone Island Lake Intrusive Complexes to determine their resource\npotential.\nMetallurgical and mining concept studies.\nEnvironmental baseline work.\n\n\nAnglo American will participate in the placement, maintaining its 12%\ninterest in the Company."\n\n\nRJK Explorations Ltd. is continuing to advance the Dorion South\nPlatinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel Property to the drilling stage.\n\n\nForward Looking Statements: This news release contains certain\nforward-looking statements.
