(RJX.A: TSXV)\n("RJK") announces that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement\nfor aggregate gross proceeds of up to $100,000 consisting of up to two million\nunits at a price of 5 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one Class A\nsubordinate voting share and one whole warrant with each whole warrant\nentitling its holder to acquire one Class A subordinate voting share of the\ncorporation at a price of 10 cents within 24 months of the closing date.\n\n\nThe company may pay finder's fees consisting of cash, securities or a\ncombination of both upon closing of the private placement, subject to TSX\nVenture Exchange guidelines and approvals.\n\n\nThe proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital\nand to advance its Dorion South Platinum/Palladium/Cu/Ni property at Thunder\nBay North.
