(TSXV: RJX.A) (\"RJK\" or the \"Company\") announces that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of securities of RJK raising $300,000 (the \"Offering\"). Pursuant to the Offering, RJK sold 2,000,000 units (the \"Units\") at a price of $0.15 per Unit, each Unit comprised of one Class A Subordinate Voting Share (\"Class A Shares\") of the Corporation and one Class A Share purchase warrant (\"Warrant\"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional Class A Share until May 26, 2019 at a price of $0.25 per share during the next 12 months and at a price of $0.35 during the following 12 months. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for mineral exploration and general corporate purposes.  All securities sold in the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring on September 27, 2017.
