(RJX.A TSXV) ("RJK") wishes to provide an update regarding its ongoing discussions with a private Latin American group regarding the potential acquisition and funding of exploration and/or development projects throughout Latin America.\nBased on discussions to date, RJK anticipates that it would be responsible for providing all necessary management, technical expertise and other services required to explore and, if warranted, develop any such projects acquired. The private Latin American group has indicated in such discussions that it would be responsible for arranging the acquisition of any such projects and for the funding which would be required for any acquisitions, including the costs of exploration and/or development.\nMembers of RJK's management team will be travelling to Panama shortly with a view to concluding such discussions and, if successful, negotiating the terms of such acquisitions and funding. Although RJK expects discussions to continue, there can be no assurance that such discussions will result in an agreement.\nTrading in RJK was halted at RJK's request, after consultation with the TSX Venture Exchange, in July when RJK commenced discussions with the Latin American group.
