(RJX.A: TSXV)\n("RJK") announces that it has closed:\n\n\n- a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering")\n for aggregate gross proceeds of $155,000 through the sale of 3,100,000\n units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A\n subordinate voting share and one whole warrant with each whole warrant\n entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Class A subordinate voting\n share of the corporation at a price of $0.10 within 18 months of the\n closing date; and\n\n- a non-brokered private placement (the "Flow-Through Offering") for\n gross proceeds of $130,000 through the sale of 2,600,000 units at a\n price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A subordinate\n voting share and one whole warrant with each whole warrant entitling\n the holder thereof to acquire one Class A subordinate voting share of\n the corporation at a price of $0.10 within 24 months of the closing\n date.\n\n\nThe securities issued under the Offering and Flow-Through Offering are\nsubject to hold periods expiring on September 15, 2009.
