(RJX.A: TSXV)\n("RJK") announces that it has begun to source out and arrange for an oil & gas\ndrilling rig that would be capable of drilling several wells at its Sept.-Iles\npermits this year. Sept.-Iles is where gas was accidentally discovered in 1956\nwhile drilling a water well. The Company intends to drill these wells as soon\nas the rig is available and the permits are in place.\n\n\nRJK is also releasing a new map showing three of its shale gas & oil\npermit groups in the Lower St. Lawrence River area of Quebec announced in the\nnews release of June 16, 2008 as being located in close proximity to those\nheld by J.A.G. Ltee (Les Mines) and Mundiregina Resources Canada Inc. in the\nSaguenay Graben. The Lac St. Jean Permits cover an area that includes a well\nfrom 1945 and the Malbaie Permit covers the eastern edge of an interesting\ngeological formation.\n\n\n(Map: www.rjkexplorations.com/Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean-Malbaie-Permits.pdf)\n\n\nThe group of most interest to RJK, the Saguenay Permits, cover entirely a\nlarge isolated geological formation as shown on the Geological Map of Quebec.\nThis geological formation only appears on the southwest side of Lac St. Jean\nwhere oil & gas are present; at the St. Lawrence River near Malbaie; and as\nsome of the more prospective horizons for oil and gas in the St. Lawrence\nLowlands area - being the Middle Ordovician, which is Limestone and shale\n(Trenton Group); dolostone, limestone and sandstone (Black River Group);\nlimestone, shale and sandstone (Chazy Group).\n\n\nRJK Explorations Ltd. is also pleased to announce that Geoffrey C. Chase\nhas agreed to become the first member of a Petroleum Advisory Panel that RJK\nis creating in order to advance its gas and oil projects. Mr. Chase is a\ngraduate of Queen's University in Applied Science. He has over 40 years of oil\nand gas engineering and management experience in Canada and overseas. He held\nthe position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Ranger Oil\nLtd. before retirement, and also was chairman of a large, privately-held gas\nmarketing firm until 1994.
