Rival Technologies Inc. – Company Update

Henderson, Nevada, April 16, 2020 - Rival Technologies Inc. (Symbol: RVTI) is pleased to provide shareholders with an update of our business operations.

In 2019, Rival settled a portion ($20,226) of its outstanding debt to a related party shareholder by transferring its interest in TRU Technology.  Under the terms of the debt settlement, Rival has the opportunity to participate in developing the international rights to TRU, subject to the company raising additional funds.

Rival is now focused on completing a financing that will provide working capital and a budget for investing in the international rights to TRU Technology.
