[{"type":"text","content":"Rio2 Limited Announces Grant Of Equity Incentive Rewards\n\n\n\n VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rio2 Limited (“\n \n Rio2\n \n ” or “\n \n the Company\n \n ”) (TSXV: RIO; OTCQX: RIOFF; BVL: RIO) announces that it has granted a total of 1,730,000 restricted share units to executive officers and directors of the Company. The restricted share units have been granted pursuant to the Company’s Share Incentive Plan and are subject to vesting provisions.\n \n\n Rio2 also announces that it has granted a total of 400,000 stock options (the “Options”), pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, to certain executive officers.
