(PRR - TSX Venture), (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that the Company has submitted a National Instrument 43-101 geological report on the Kalzas mineral property to the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"Exchange\").\n\nThe Company has entered into an option agreement to earn a 100% interest on the Kalzas tungsten project in the Yukon from Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. (\"Copper Ridge\"). Please refer to Prospector's August 10th 2007 news release for more details of the property option agreement. The NI 43-101 report is required by the Exchange as a condition of the Exchange accepting the Company's filing in respect of the option agreement.
