He presently sits on several company\nboards including Energy Fuels Inc., a fully integrated uranium and vanadium\nnear term producer, UNOR Inc., a uranium exploration company focused on\nWestern Nunavut and Baffin Island, Hawk Uranium Inc. a Canadian based junior\nmining company with a portfolio of diversified exploration projects and Cenit\nCorporation, a holding company. Mr. Bovaird has completed the Directors\nEducation Program at the Institute of Corporate directors, Corporate\nGovernance College and has obtained his ICD.D Director's designation.\n\n\nMs. Crawford has been a corporate consultant for 30 years and has acted\nas Corporate Secretary as well as being responsible for accounting functions\nand the preparation of financial statements for several public companies.\n\n\nRichmond Minerals also announces the resignation of Mr. Matthew Goldman\nas Corporate Secretary and Director. Mr. Goldman will remain a consultant to\nthe company.
