At the Meeting, a total of 26,462,798 common shares (\"Common Shares\") of the Company were voted and all matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, as follows:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Election of all nominees to the Board of Directors of the Company;\n \n \n Fixing the number of Board Members at seven (7);\n \n \n Appointment of Wasserman Ramsay LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year;\n \n \n The approval of the Company's stock option plan.\n \n \n \n The Board Members elected were\n \n Franz Kozich\n \n ,\n \n Bogdan Nitescu\n \n ,\n \n Paul Millar\n \n ,\n \n Andrew McQuire\n \n ,\n \n Lee Bowles\n \n and\n \n Thomas Brunner\n \n .\n \n Victoria Kuklina\n \n was also elected as CFO.\n \n \n \n Richmond\n \n is also pleased to announce that Phase IV diamond drilling will resume at the Company's Ridley Lake Gold Project located in the heart of the Swayze Greenstone Belt area of\n \n Northern Ontario\n \n , approximately 35 km east of Newmont Goldcorp's Borden Gold Project.\n \n Richmond\n \n is planning on drilling up to\n \n 3,000 m\n \n in this phase of drilling to test Aguara West Extension IP targets identified during winter 2018 geophysical surveying.
