(TSX: RCH)\n("Richelieu" or the "Company") announces that at its last meeting, the\nCompany's Board of Directors temporarily suspended the trading restrictions on\ninsider transactions of Richelieu's shares during the blackout period imposed\nby the Company's policy on the disclosure of material information and insider\ntrading.\n\n\nIn order to protect shareholder value in the current market context, the\nBoard decided it would be in the best interest of all shareholders that such\nrestrictions be temporarily suspended.
