(« Richelieu » or the « Corporation ») (TSX: RCH), announced today that Mr. Jean Douville has completed his mandate on the Corporation's Board of directors and has elected not to renew his candidacy for re-election at the Corporation's annual and special meeting of shareholders. Richelieu's management wishes to thank Mr. Douville for his important contribution as a member of its Board of Directors and wishes him well in his future endeavors.\n\nIn replacement of Mr. Douville, Richelieu is proud to announce the election of Mr. Pierre Pomerleau to its Board of directors. Since 1997, Mr. Pierre Pomerleau acts as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pomerleau Inc., a leading general contractor with extensive expertise in all facets of the Canadian construction business, from medium to large-scale institutional, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Mr. Pomerleau previously held a variety of progressively senior management roles within the Pomerleau group of companies. Mr. Pomerleau graduated with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.\n\nThe Corporation's Board of directors welcomes Mr. Pomerleau and looks forward to benefiting from the wealth of his experiences.
